This policy covers this referral desk and its two sister desks operated by the same operator: swampcoolerrepairphoenix.com (Phoenix, AZ) and icemachinerepairlasvegas.com (Las Vegas, NV).
These sites are referral and scheduling desks, not repair companies. This policy explains exactly what we collect and what happens to it.
What we collect
- Service requests (homeowners and businesses). The name, phone or email, city, service requested, and any description you type into a request form. This is the minimum needed to route a request to a contractor.
- Contractor applications. Business name, contact name, email, phone, the cities and services you cover, and optional insurance details. We need these to vet applications.
- Payments. Contractor lead-credit and featured-slot purchases are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
How we use it
- Service requests are sent to vetted contractors so they can contact you about the job. We do not publish your request anywhere.
- Contractor details are used to vet applications and run the vendor portal. We never sell your data.
- We use no ad networks, no tracking pixels, and no third-party analytics on these sites.
Who sees your data
- A service request goes to the vetted contractors signed up for that desk. Until phone verification of leads is live, requests are delivered and never charged.
- Contractor application data is seen by the operator for vetting only.
- Stripe processes payments; it receives what a checkout requires and nothing more.
Retention and access
- We keep service requests only as long as needed to route them and honor our credit policy, then they are deleted.
- Email us at support@x402-agent-pay.com to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted.
